On October 8 and 9, 2024, the hy-fcell fair and conference took place in Stuttgart, Germany, where technological solutions from the field of hydrogen technologies were presented.

hy-fcell – the international trade fair and conference for the hydrogen and fuel cell industry offered a comprehensive overview of relevant international markets, industries and technological advances. 217 stakeholders presented themselves at the fair from the fields of application for fuel cell, projects; fields of applications for hydrogen technologies; fuel cell components; fuel cell systems, balance of plants; hydrogen production and infrastructure; manufacturing technologies for fuel cell components and systems, and research and development services. The interactive format of the fair with vendor booths and an open space speakers’ corner offered an ideal platform for experts and newcomers to gain knowledge, network, discuss and establish sustainable business relationships. hy-fcell consisted of an English-speaking conference with interactive plenary sessions and workshops and an international trade fair.

The German partner of the H2MA project, co-financed from the funds of the Interreg Alpine Space Programme, the Italian-German Chamber of Commerce Munich-Stuttgart, organized an international exchange of knowledge, policies and status quo reviews in the field of the introduction of infrastructure and hydrogen vehicles among the stakeholders of the project – partners, companies and associations. Participants followed the exchange of knowledge live and online. Both events were also attended by representatives of the Regional Development Agency Gorenjska, BSC, d.o.o., Kranj, which participates in the H2MA project as a partner. At the international meeting of the H2MA project, the status quo and plans for introducing infrastructure for hydrogen fueling, mobility and hydrogen production in Slovenia until 2050 were also presented.
